Regular price $125

In tribute to María Sabina, a Mazatec healer of Mexico and first to allow Westerners to participate in the healing ritual known as the velada. All participants in her rituals ingested psilocybin mushroom as a sacrament to open the gates of the mind.

We thank her commitment to global health, and opening the doors for our modern world to reach natural medicines to cure our mental imbalances. And we hope the world can honour the roots of medicinal mushrooms, and it's caretakers.

Mami Watta Collections is an artistic movement reconnecting with traditional knowledge, producing unique styles of jewelry and accessories that support the artisanship and hard work of our Indigenous artists.

This wearable artwork has been produced by artisans from the Embera Chami tribe of Colombia. It carries hours of work, calculation and imagination. Through the beadworks we can see a lot of references to colours from the natural environment and the Embera Cosmovision.
