Shipping Information 

Free shipping for Australian orders over $150.00


For Australian orders please allow 3-7 business days to receive your goods.  A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch so that you can track the delivery of your goods.  


We ship Internationally via Australia Post International or DHL Express.
For standard International Post please allow 7-21 days to receive your parcel & 5-7 days for Express.
A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch so that you can track the delivery of your goods. Shipping does NOT require Signature on Delivery, please ensure all delivery premises are secure. 


Our jewelry is handmade with strong materials and can therefore last you a lifetime given the right care.

Please avoid pulling it with force or being near any sharp objects, as it is all linked with the same string. Once you wear it place it in the personalised bag until our next wear.

Terms and Conditions 

We accept returns, please contact us within: 3 days of delivery, ship items back to me within 7 days of delivery. We don't accept exchanges or cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. 

Conditions of return 
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

We do not accept the return or exchange of any sale item.
