Golden hoops beaded with a sequence of golden beads and a symmetrical mountain design in white and black beads around the hoop. The hoop closes in a clip style secure flap. These hoops have been threaded with a waxed and resistant fibre, and with miniature glass-beads.

This wearable artwork has been produced by artisans from the Embera Chami tribe of Colombia. It carries hours of work, calculation and imagination. Through the beadworks we can see a lot of references to colours from the natural environment and the Embera Cosmovision.
